Location pretty good. Short walk from train station and near the bus stop which goes to downtown. Traveling is v convenient. Bought my Salzburg card from them (: There’s microwave for u to use. Complimentary gluhwein is a nice touch. I booked the double room w private toilet, it was great. Only downside is that there’s no lift. So u carry ur own bags up. Not much of a trouble for me but may be a problem for some people. So do take note. Lovely staff. Had a great stay there.
+ The staff are friendly and extremely enthusiastic. Even though we arrived earlier than the appointment time, they still let us check in.
+ What I like most is probably the room. It is very comfortable and fully equipped. They also have air conditioning and lots of electrical sockets (which makes me very frustrated when I go to other places because of the limited sockets). We had 3 people in 1 room, and they had 2 beds (1 single, 1 double) available for that.
However, the minus point here is that the window is not tight. I often feel strange and can't sleep well on the first night. Unfortunately, that day was a very windy night, and I had to listen to the loud noise outside all night, and the curtains were blowing gently in the wind, even though the doors were closed.
+ As for the location, it's okay. It's close to the station with a 10-15 minute walk, but public transportation is limited and late.
A perfect place to stay in Salzburg. We had a very convenient and clean room. The young man in the reception gave us great recommendations and helped us (thank you!). Breakfast was great and had everything we hoped for. Highly recommended!
Extremely clean and very pleasant staff. Our room is very cleverly laid out with everything you need to keep your belongings tidy albeit a little small. Comfortable beds with fresh white linen and towels. There isnt a kettle in the room but free tea and coffee available in the entrance area on ground floor and a microwave for Residents. We opted for our own shower and shared toilet. The toilet is very clean with disinfectant available to clean the seat. Hall lights turn on automatically when you leave your room so no fumbling for light switches. Toilet paper and hand towels replenished. Good shower. The shared shower is also spacious and very clean.
Would highly recommend a stay here at very reasonable cost too!
The best way to have a pleasant time in Salzburg. Localization is perfect to anybody arrive by train, bus or car. Service is very kind and helpful, rooms are cleaned every day. All the furnitures are cleaned and replaced. Rooms are not so big but well equipped with air conditioning, showers and fridge. There is also possibility to buy a nice breakfast and tickets for buses to explore the city.
We had the pleasure of staying for a week at Pension Elisabeth and it was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect as it is close to the main train station, making exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and had a modern and stylish decoration. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Frank who went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and answered all our questions. Highly recommended! :)

Pension Elisabeth is a excellent hotel which located near Salzburg HBF, it offer free WiFi, water, coffee, tea, room heater and air conditioning. Bed and pillow are soft & comfortable, bathroom is small but still very enough
Owner and receptionist are friendly, especially they will sent some information(location, traffic and Salzburg Card service) before you arrive hotel, I very like this kind of service
by the way, the breakfast have many food, including bacon, bread, juice, fruit, hot coffee, and different sauce, everything is perfect for me, I would like to booking again if I visit Salzburg on next time
